3 days a week place needed, Friday Saturday sunday

Hello, I live and work in san diego but come to orange county every Friday, saturday, and sunday to see my daughter, grandson and girlfriend that live up there. Monday mornings II leave early back to san diego to work..

I am quiet, clean, easy going,, will spend most of my days out doing things and I will have girlfriend visitor sometimes. I don't smoke. If possible would like a place in orange county or south orange county. A private entrance and bathroom would be nice. I prefer a place with only one other person living there. Furnished would be nice but not mandatory. I would like have my own mini fridge and microwave in room however I go out to eat most of the time. I will provide my own tv and would like a place that includes all utilities, im only there 3 days a week. Hopefully you have parking as well. I can move in as soon as September 18th.
