Incoming Caltech Postdoc looking for room

Hello ☺️
I’ll be moving to work at Caltech from Maryland so Im in need of a room.
Don’t want to have to drive to work so need a place that’s not far from Caltech by public transport is ideal (up to 1 hr commute by train/bus is fine; preferably not too many transfers)

Will have steady income and credit score is fair. If needed for the application, I can add a family member as guarantor who has a great credit score and 6fig income.

About me: introverted but can be social (just need to recharge after long days at work typically), into TV/movies (GOT, MCU movies, reality tv), mainly watch anime, like video games, like to read, like to go to brunch sometimes. Friendly, respectful and clean. Anything else please reach out ☺️

Would also prefer vaccinated roommates and can show proof of my own vaccination as well!
