Aspiring Tattoo Artist Looking to Move to CA

this is me!

Hi! I'm Hadley, and I'm trying move out of an abusive living environment before the end of the year. I am looking to move in with people around my age (18-26) who have similar motives and goals in pursuing their careers and wanting a fresh start. I'm still figuring things out and don't have any set-in-stone preferences as to where I want to live in Cali, so please message me if you're interested in finding a roommate and/or a place to live there.

Some concerns that I need to address are that I am struggling financially right now and will need a bit of time before I'm able to move out of this place to the new destination, so I can save up money to pay my share of rent and to buy a car. I also have a small parrot (green cheek conure) who I hopefully might not need to rehome. He is very sweet and enjoys making new friends.

Notes:
- I know how to cook and bake really well so I can make a lot of at-home meals. I am willing to make meals for roommates occasionally, especially if I get help with the groceries. Right now I'm learning to make sushi, which is kind of cool.
- Once I'm able to get a car, I wouldn't mind providing rides occasionally. My only concern would be gas money so I'd ask for a bit of help with that if the drive was long.
