$800 (Inc Utilites) - Travels 6+ months a year - Professional female, mid 40s, seeking private room in clean , quiet, beautiful home near nature, starting 12/1/21.

~Private room large enough for a queen-sized bed and small desk in a well maintained house with a yard, beautiful and uncluttered decor, and friendly neighbors.
~Onsite access to a fully furnished kitchen and washer/dryer.
~Long-term parking (I can leave my car when traveling).
~Consistent, strong internet and cell signal for work.
~Bathroom with a tub (can be private or shared with someone clean and tidy).
~Storage space for my backpacking gear.
~Opportunities for me to help with gardening, landscaping, and/or taking care of houseplants and pets.
~Up to 3 friendly housemates (30s-60s couples or singles of any race/gender identity).
~Located nearby walking trails and within 1 hour drive of SEA airport
~Lease starting Oct 1, 2021. Term length flexible.


About me:
~I am a successful Aerospace entrepreneur and Intuitive Business Consultant (and landlord of property in Colorado) with a credit score of 830+ and no criminal activity.
~I can pay a deposit, first and last month’s rent now.
~I’m an experienced facilitator and have done a great deal of personal development and shadow work. On those journeys I have become a respectful communicator, emotionally intelligent, and energetically aware.
~Clear communication and setting/honoring boundaries is a must. Empath friendly a bonus!
~I appreciate a sense of community within the home with occasional laidback housemate dinners at home or fun group outings, and still plenty of alone time.
~I’m very clean and enjoy taking excellent care of the home and land I live on.
~I also take excellent care of myself - navigating covid with homeopathics, acupuncture and excellent diet/self-care.
~Early riser. I’m usually in bed by 9:30p and awake for a walk outdoors by 6a.
~Alcohol friendly, but don’t want to be around drunk/high people every night.

Partner Visits:
I live in Hawaii with my partner, Mike, for 5.5 months of the year. Mike visits from Hawaii 2 times annually in June-December and stays with me. He stays a max of 6 weeks at a time with gaps between visits. He’s also a trained facilitator, empath and has many of the same values as listed above. I’m gone 5.5 months-he’s here on the mainland for 2.5 months. This back and forth is why I value returning to a home with friendly faces.

What is not a great match:
-Violent sounds from TV or video games (even coming from your room).
-Constant noise or talking from TV/radio/podcast/phone time (even coming from your room).
