Young Female Professional Seeking Shared Housing

I work full-time and I am looking for a house/apartment share. I need to give my current landlord 1 month notice before moving in. Happy to live with grad students or fellow professionals. Prefer a furnished private room, happy to share bathrooms/common spaces. I am open to unfurnished rooms as well.

I have a car and will need somewhere to park it, on street parking is OK, but would prefer somewhere worth off-street parking for winter. I also have a bike and will need a safe place to keep it. I do not smoke and do not want to live somewhere with smokers (tobacco or otherwise). If you have pets that is fine.

I have lived in lots of shared houses and homestays. I am generally fairly quiet and clean. I am happy to socialize with roommates but will also spend time alone. I will be working full-time. I am rarely up late and generally spend my free time out hiking/biking/skiing or hanging out and drawing/painting. Would love to live with someone who has similar interests but open to living with all kinds of people.

Looking for month-to-month or shorter commitment leases, but planning on staying in the area for a while. Please contact me if you have a room available.
