Looking for a great place!

I am an African American male mid 40's who is looking for a place in the Tidewater area. My work has been as a ballroom dance instructor and bookseller in independent bookstores and university textbooks. Just prior to the Covid shutdown, I was in a bike accident where a car hit me causing damage to my legs. It has taken some time to recuperate and make an insurance settlement through my attorney. Currently, I work for the family business doing editing and promotional work. (My mother is an executive coach and wellness educator for individuals and corporations and I have assisted in her work for many years.) I am leaving my recent housing because of poor housekeeping plus mice and bug problems. I would very much like to meet and talk to see if there is a good match as housemates. I have excellent references and can pass a background check if you wish to proceed. I would also like to know if utilities are included or a ruff estimate of how much the utilities are.
