Ideally i would like to find a sane person who has goals, big or small, and aspirations no matter their age. I’m a small business owner , a full time student , and in the toddler stage of starting an arts based non-profit for anyone but main focus to start i’d for kids k4-12.

I am very social, networking and building relationships is what i do but when i’m home , I like to keep to myself, somewhat private, and i’m really respectful of others privacyb and boundaries.

When I’m not working or inschool, i like to stay active and keep in shape .
I’m usually up late but don’t make noise. Ill go to the gym or Austin’s Coffee to study . I’m not a big drinker. but don’t underestimate my ability to have a good time. 😉

So, I just want a cozy quiet space to consider my own while I’m. There ! I HAVE MY OWN BED FURNITURE- Non negotiable! I’m not wanting to afford rent and storage to live in someone else’s room.
