I'm a FULLY VACCINATED now retired home based travel agent. I don't smoke, don't drink, don't do OR SMOKE ANY type of drugs. I clean as I go (as I learned growing up) I'm divorced with NO KIDS. I have no pets, but cats DO love me. My outside interests are trivia nights and freshwater fishing. I'm a quiet guy. Musically, I HATE rap/hiphop/metal/music that degrades women. I don't drive. I use mass transit (buses/trains)
I'm politically active and support Biden/Harris. I DESPISE CLOWN 45 & The Big Lie.

I'm disabled (amputee) but get around ok. I NEED a bathroom WITH A BATHTUB.

WHAT DO I NEED FROM YOU?
Pictures of the place , ESPECIALLY the bathroom and bedroom, A CLEAN, SMOKEFREE, DRUGFREE, PEST-FREE environment. A furnished place with a bed you would let your mother sleep on. If there are other renters there, a door to my space WITH A KEY that only you and I would have. The ability to pay rent via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or using good old Post Office money orders. In other words, You will give me a RECEIPT.
I'd like a CLEAN Refrigerator/freezer when I move in with enough space for me to put my food.
I just published my 1st book and have started on #2, so the income level will increase. I'm currently on social security retirement.
