Female looking for 8-10 month lease

Hi. My name is Sonya. I am looking for a space to sublet for about 8-12 months. I am currently employed, and I can furnish a reference upon request. I have been living on the UWS and recently sold my mom's apartment. I have some unfinished business here in the city before I move up to Saratoga Springs. I do work from home and work long hours but I keep a very neat and organized space and am very respectful of others. I am young at heart, love the theater, museums and have a great network of high school and college friends. I am generous, to a fault, the first to restock the fridge, if necessary, or supply flowers for the living room for a little color and vibrancy. I do not entertain at home so you would not need to worry about others entering the space.
