Retired senior moving back to Bay Area

A native San Franciscan, I'm basically retired (people think I'm much younger than I am because of my energy and fun, positive attitude) but still teach piano and music theory . I'm healthy, active, in the arts; have no pets; don't smoke; watch my diet; imbibe very little, to be sociable; am very clean; help with household chores (was an apartment manager in Daly City for 20 years before moving up to Oregon two+ years ago, but now I want to move back “home,” specifically on the peninsula; have a Toyota Prius; am an award-winning composer/arranger, and have been writing, producing, directing and performing practically my whole life, including 18 seasons with SF Opera. I have countless excellent character references, available on request. My budget will allow monthly rent payments of $1,000 or a bit more, incl. utilities. I will need a furnished private bedroom and bathroom, and access to kitchen and laundry rooms.
