Room Wanted

Apologies for the title, I've never done this before!

Looking for a place to stay that has an available bedroom for one. Anything bigger than a small bedroom (fits a queen bed, dresser, and desk) will work for me.

Looking for someone who does anything more than the bare minimum! Pays rent on time, is clean. My current roommate is not the greatest human being, so the bar is very low. Preferably vaccinated.

I am mostly quiet, except when I'm working on music or playing a game online with a friend. Even then I don't get very loud. I am very clean, cleaning is something I do to unwind. I would like to be able to have guests. I am vaccinated.
