Seeking long-term room ASAP in a quiet safe enviro

I would like to rent a room so that I can take my time finding me an apartment of my own without being rushed. I am laid back and keep to myself a lot but that's because I am usually playing on my phone, watching tv or working on my laptop. I just need to be able to save up money and eventually get my own place in a year or so. I would need a room where my 6 year old daughter would be welcome to stay overnight 2 to 3 weekends per month. She is a well behaved kid so it wouldn't be noisy.
I do smoke (trying to quit) but never inside. I am 3 1/2 years sober and have been working as a Paralegal at a law firm for 2 years. Because of my sobriety I will soon be able to have my daughter for weekend stays. Allowing me to rent a room from you would be a blessing and I will be grateful for your help in allowing me to build an even bigger bond with my daughter by spending more time with her.
