Recent graduate looking for a room

Im 23 years old and I just graduated with a degree in architecture. I spend a lot of time just working on designs in and out of professional obligation and can either mind my own business and keep out of yours or if you're looking for a roommate to hang out with ocassionally I can do that too. If you like board/party games, then we're set lol. I'd say I'm generally a pretty easy roommate, keeping shared spaces clean and have a good temper. I'm looking for roommates who are willing to have meetings about keeping the place clean and sorting out general rules, but other than that I'm pretty flexible. I'd like to find a place for around 6-8 months but could be a few more or less depending on how certain things play out.
