Wanted: female roommate to take on larger rental

I’m searching for a new place, but I need a roommate. I'm looking for a female nonsmoker, age 25-45. Kitchen and living areas shared. Utilities, Wi-Fi, and, of course, rent will be split 50/50. I’d prefer separate bathrooms, but it really depends on the rent budget of my prospective roommate. If our combined rent is enough for a place big enough for two bathrooms then we are set :) I'd like to live with a flexible and personable professional female, but a student that is mature and responsible is okay too. I'm friendly but not overly sociable. I enjoy holing up in my room to study when I'm not working because I'm also a full-time student. I’m also a CAT mom.
