URGENT! Looking anywhere near Encino/ Sherman oaks

Looking for either a small studio, or a large private room ,preferably with its own private bathroom. If its a guesthouse with a private entrance then PERFECT! ! I dont mind sharing the bathroom if thats how it has to be.... im also okay with renting out a entire master bedroom in a condo or apartment or house.... as long as i get my own private room. The closer it is to sherman oaks?!…… the better because I don’t have a car! I am desperately looking for a place to rent out right now, because things aren’t going too great with my family so i was living in a motel room these past two-to three weeks but.... i just cant do it anymore! It was taking a huge toll on me! I was paying $388 A WEEK!!! I was living paycheck to paycheck... so im at a friend’s house temporarily until i can hopefully find a place. I keep to myself... I’m private with my things and im respectful when it comes to others. I am a clean person. I don’t smoke. Utilities have to be included!! If not all.. at least some!
Due to my circumstances right now im looking for a place THAT DOESNT CHARGE A DEPOSIT!! if you do charge a deposit....
I CURRENTLY WORK FULL TIME AT AMAZON FRESH IN ENCINO. I also go to school part time since i am working full time. I attend Valley College. I am looking for anything close to my job hopefully. Well....i dont have a car.... ill be riding my bike mostly. If theres a washer/dryer in the unit or in the building.... thats great!! Im looking for a place to rent whether it’s furnished or not...... PLEASE DON’T HESITATE TO CONTACT ME WITH YOUR LISTING!

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF:

I have 2 daughters. DONT WORRY THEY WONT BE LIVING WITH ME!!! But my youngest daughter, her name is “Jade” and she’s 5 years old. Every now and then she might come over and stay the night for the weekend or whatever but she won’t stay with me! My oldest daughter ..”abby” she is 10 years old. But she lives with her dad.
