Couple looking for a room!

Hi! My name is Sarah (18f) and my boyfriend is Matthew (21m). We have been together for 2 years. We are ideally looking for somebody who can match our vibe- generally friendly, chill, laid back, can get along with anybody and have a sense of humor. Also dont mind if you stay to yourself most of the time or if you prefer to be outgoing, either way is fine. My boyfriend works from home on weekdays so it would need to be pretty quiet as he works for a call center but as long as his office is separated from the living space and other bedrooms its never a huge issue. We are generally clean but have our flaws. We prefer a girl or another couple but a male would be fine too if we get along. Shared common area is a must- i am confined to my room right now due to living with my father and I hate it. He occupies the entire living space. Shared fridge, pantry, kitchen, laundry etc is important too, but we are pretty good about respecting boundaries and not invading space. We have one cat who we are not sure if she gets along with other cats, but definitely no dogs unless they are kept in one room. The less the cost is the better but we can pay up to 850 (including utilities) for the right place, even more if I get a job once we move (im unemployed for personal reasons but he makes enough to cover rent and food). If you're interested in having a couple as roommates or need some friends to chill with, we are pretty down to hang with anybody but like I said, I am pretty shy and tend to keep to myself at first and he works a lot. We live in chesapeake but can move to norfolk or VA Beach if it is the right area.
