Single Indian and Black female looking for a place to board for 3 to 6 months. I do not smoke or drink and prefer that my landlord doesn't either. Open to room share with family or couples. I am naturally shy and keep to myself and would prefer a landlord that doesn't mind my quietness. I do sometimes like to have guest over but do like to respect my landlord by no overnight visiting. I have pet allergies and do not own pets and prefer that my landlord does not own pets. I am down to earth available for dinner with my landlord and their family on occasion.
