I am a graduate student (30F) looking for a room (or a studio) sublet for June - August. I live in NJ but will be doing an internship in Midtown and I'm looking for a place for the summer to avoid commuting too much!
I am quiet but sociable. Love to cook but very much looking forward to eating out once vaccinated!
Due to a short-term stay, the room would need to be furnished.
I am an international student so don't have credit history, but can provide proof of employment/income and cover the rent upfront.
