Seeking cat/420 friendly long-term sublet!

Hi everyone!

I'm Cassie, 26, queer (she/her), plus two very sweet cats, Lily and Gretchen. I'm currently living in Southwest Colorado, but I'm moving to Brooklyn next month! Move-in date is flexible, 5/15 or later.

Fully vaccinated!! Still following all covid guidelines for the foreseeable future and hope you are too.

Creative individual looking for the same. Usually making art, listening to music, or catching up on the Frenemies podcast. No preference on gender/orientation but must be LGBTQIA+/BIPOC friendly (don't be a racist asshole). Ideally looking for roommates around my age but open.

Very friendly, would prefer somewhere with some kind of outdoor space for this reason, but I'm not picky about what that might be (fire escape, rooftop, backyard, balcony - any of these would be ideal!).

I'm looking for a long-term sublet situation, at least 6 months and preferably with no maximum (I'm willing to sign onto a lease when it renews but only if current roommates are staying as well).
