Seeking a friendly clean environment

Hi All,

I am looking for a long term arrangement so my focus is mutual respect and compatible lifestyles.

I’m seeking a private furnished room with a private bath, which includes full 24 hour use of the kitchen, laundry facilities, and common spaces and has utilities included in the price. The room will be for myself and I have no children or animals. Target move- in date would be around February 26th.

I typically work 2 jobs and one of them is work from home so the most important thing I am seeking is a peaceful QUIET place with low traffic from visiting family members and guests.

** I would prefer NOT to room with someone who also works from home all day or even several days each week unless the home is large and our work spaces are on different floors. I have tried this twice and it has not been ideal with us both trying to get our work done. ***

****My work schedule varies as I work by contract for my second income. This means some months I only work from home and some months I may be working on two or three projects and may mostly work off site. I usually have a day job from home and a night or overnight job outside of the home so I need someone who is not a light sleeper as I don’t want to wake you overnight. ***

My price range is $700-$900 monthly with all utilities plus WiFi included. I am willing to pay the higher price for amenities such as: a private entrance, room on a separate floor, garage parking with remote, en-suite bathroom etc.

I prefer a month to month agreement at least for the first 90 days to ensure the arrangement works well for everyone and if so then I have no problem with a longer term lease.
I am looking to have a written rental agreement in place and I typically pay by Zelle Pay each month.

I enjoy cooking and save money by eating at home. I will need full use of the kitchen for meal prep including refrigerator and cabinet space.

I’m a bit of a neat freak with my area but you don’t have to be as long as the common areas are tidy.
