Looking For A Place To Stay

I’m looking for a place to stay after I graduate from CSULB this fall. I want to look into doing independent work and an internship as i keep my current job situations and prepare for my master’s program. I am a student and professional and I am pretty easy going and to myself but friendly as well. I don’t smoke or do much at all, I would like to be able to have a guest from time to time including my best friend or my boyfriend and would love to bond with roommate but just have mutual respect of stuff and overall selves and space. I’m looking for nothing more than $700-$950 max including utilities and such would prefer less if possible tho. I can for sure do $500-$600 a month no questions asked.
