Looking to rent a room for very occasional use

Hi,

I'm on an overseas assignment and need a place to leave some of my stuff and stay when I visit back home. I'll be back once or twice a year and spend a week before I head back to work. So the room will be vacant for most of the time. I'm respectful, super clean, and have a clear background and credit record. I work for a well known employer as a software engineer.

My ideal rental would be in a quiet household of respectful people. Also I'd prefer to rent at a home where the landlord lives in the unit so I don't have to deal with frequent roommate changes when I'm traveling abroad.
