15'x 15'

Love my aparntment in the Bornx and my Landlords are great. Best ever..

I have been here since my divorce, two years ago.

I work at the Cooper Hewitt Museum on 90th street and 5th Ave.

My room now is aprox. 15 x 15. That seems to be a good size.

I would love some sun if possible. My windows now face west and only get late afternoon light.

I feel bad for my plants.

I would need the room to be unfurnished.

at the moment, I have three House Mates.

One of my House mates has a personality type that makes me a little uneasy..

So it's time to move on.

My Landlords will be the first to vouch for my integrity.
