Looking for a fresh start, in need of roommate(s)

Hey everybody! My name is James and I am looking to get a fresh start in a state I love where I have family, and have an opportunity in my line of work. I'm mostly introverted, but definitely not anti social. I enjoy small kickbacks as opposed huge gatherings. Sometimes I may not have a lot to say but when I do, it is genuine and considerate of those around me. When I'm not talking, I am a great listener and love helping others whenever I can, I'm a true believer in karma and a force greater than myself (collective energy or the universe as I like to call it). I am constantly in a laid-back, open state of mind. It takes something very serious or intentionally offensive to my beliefs or self to get me worked up or the least bit angry. I was raised by a good, loving family whose values, morals and ethics I have carried with me all my life.

When it comes to what I'm looking for in a roomie it's very simple: just be polite, not throw ragers, and be relatively clean with shared living spaces. That's it!
