Looking for a Private Room & Bath

Hello,
My name is Phoebie and I am a medical student currently living in Irvine, CA. I am seeking a private room and private bathroom. I am quiet and respectful. I don't normally have many guests, except for my boyfriend. I don't mind pets, and I do have a registered emotional support animal. She is a 9 pound hypoallergenic cat and she is very friendly and sweet. I am looking to move out of my current place ASAP. I am very neat, clean, and I pick up after myself. I would expect the same respect for the space from another roommate/s. Please let me know if you have a space in the Irvine area that would fit my criteria and needs. Thank you!
