Hello, I am 53 y/o male recently a non smoker. It does not bother me if you are. Clean & quiet. I am looking for a room with a private bath. The areas to live I have listed are not a deal breaker. I work at the Medical Examiners office in Flatbush and as long as I can keep my commute to about 1 1/2 hours (public transportation user) the area is flexible. I have no pets but pets are no problem. My move in dat is also flexible. My current landlord of 14+ year told me not to worry about short notice. They are prepping their house to sell but not ASAP.
