German Student looking for a place to stay

I?m Clara a student from Germany and I will start my LL. M. at Fordham University in January. I?m looking for a nice place to stay in New York City either a studio apartment or with friendly outgoing young people. I would prefere to rent a furnished apartment for 12 months. I can?t wait to start my year in the best city in the world and I?m looking forward to meet new outgoing people.
I love sports, arts and cooking. During my free time I also travel a lot and meet friends. I am a non smoker but I don?t mind if someone smoked in the apartment.
