Large Bedroom needed for Rent

Hello!

I'm a young professional who has lived in New York for a year now. I'm looking for a roommate to start a new lease from mid- August preferably for 12 months. My preferred area would be below 60th street in Manhattan (preferably west-side) but I'm open to looking elsewhere. I am keen on leasing a Master Bedroom and can spend up to $1700 (negotiable)

What I'm looking for:

- Extremely chilled out individual

- Loves to explore places together but respects privacy, rocks occasional parties

- Keeps the place uber clean (I'm talking Monica-level :p )

- Cute, Potty-trained pets are welcome (Pandas preferred)

About me:

- Banking professional in my mid-twenties

- Compulsive cleaner and scrubber (drives joy from seeing a spotless living space)

- Likes to hike, read, cook and workout

- Loves to engage in nerdy discussions but knows to shut up if you're not into it ;)

- Vegetarian but doesn't mind meat around
