Law student seeking female roomie

Hi there! I'm looking to room with someone so we can find a better place with nicer amenities and cut costs. My ideal roommate is considerate of shared space, likes things clean and tidy, and keeps noise down after 10 pm. Everything else is free game. I don't mind if you have a pet, smoke (outside), drink, have people over, whatever. Respect my space and we will get along fine. I am a law student so during the week I will be studying late into the evening. I try to workout in the morning. I love to cook and would be happy to meal prep for us on the weekends. All I require from a roommate is for them to clean up after themselves. Would love to have a friendly relationship with my roomie.
