Apartment hunting

Looking for a condo/room and I?m really just trying to start a new life out here. I am on a path to being more outgoing, open minded and positive so a roommate that is on the same path would be awesome! I?ve been shy/quiet a lot so I?m trying to grow out of that. I am also into trying to make music and live a more creative lifestyle so my roommate could expect vlogging, rapping, singing, YouTube content etc haha, not all the time but Enough to get momentum in the creativity. I don?t wanna work a 9-5 job forever

Also if the opportunity came up to get a few people and move into a big house and split the rent that would be dope. Extra parking, more space, cheaper rent, probably only con would be commutes if the house is far. But definitely open to that opportunity.
