Seeking two rooms

I?m a single mom and military veteran. Looking for two rooms for myself and my two children. Must have kitchen and no basements. I?m tidy for the most part but not obsessive. I enjoy a nice smelling home. I do like to cook and bake. My kids are very outgoing and social. I?m more of a introvert but not antisocial. My career is surgical technology and I?m in school for mechanical engineering. My kids are with me Mon-Fri but spend the weekends with their dad. I hoping to live with roommates who are respectful and tidy.
