Looking for a room that I make into a home.

Hi there!
I?m looking for a room to rent preferably in the Long Beach area. My prospective move in date is either August or September. I?m about to start school full-time (4days a week) to become an ultra-sound technician. I?m a hairdresser by trade & I still practice that trade two days a week. As you can tell I?m a pretty busy girl; therefore I?m looking for a place that I can cook a nice meal & unwind with Netflix. I generally like to keep to myself when I?m home but that doesn?t mean I?m not social. I am transgender. I am grateful to be living in my authentic female self. When I?m not in school or work I enjoy hanging out with girlfriends etc. I do have a cat. Her name is Godiva. Im a really positive, mellow person that is respectful & courteous. I would like to live in a home environment that is the same. I am open to talking on the phone prior to meeting in person to see if we have roommate chemistry. Thank you!
