25F professional and student seeks a roommate

I am a speech pathology student and full-time preschool administrator looking for a roommate. I am looking to buddy up with one person to find a 2-3 bdr apartment and start a new room share.

I am easygoing, tidy, social, respectful of boundaries, and hardworking. I love alone time in my room, but I will never say no to binge-watching a show with you after a long day at work. I love to cook, make coffee, go on hikes, and explore LA. LGBT+ friendly. I have a LOT of hair so I think a 2 bath would be idea.

I am available to move from 02/01/2023 and have a budget of $1000/m. I would prefer to share with females age range 20s to early 30s. Students and professionals preferred.
