Room needed near Midtown

Hey! I’m Anna, a psych and anthropology grad student who works as a sales associate for a jewelry company in Midtown as well as part time volunteer for children’s counseling. I’m currently living in Midtown until my lease ends in March, and am looking for somewhere that’s more permanent for a few years since I’m planning on continuing my studies for a PhD in the city next year.

If I’m not working or studying I usually spend my free days and weekends visiting my family in NY (we’re all vaccinated and with booster), and I tend to keep to myself so I’m barely noticed. I’m very covid safe and precautious, but would still want to live somewhere where I can bring a vaccinated guest over once in a while. I’m always conscious about guests over though by asking for permission beforehand and keeping them strictly in my room.

I’m extremely tidy and clean! So I’m looking for roommates who won’t fight about chores and are overall drama free! My budget is 900 (1,300 max) with utilities included, and preferably somewhere with great transportation to Midtown whether it’s Hoboken, Hells Kitchen or Astoria, etc. Female and lgbt roommates preferred but I’m not picky! Love animals, smoker friendly but won’t smoke inside!
