Tidy Graduate Student Looking for Kind Roomies!

I am a full time Psychology Graduate student at City College. I am an educator, I was previously a teacher for 5 years and a dean of students for 1 year. I am a pretty lowkey person, school keeps me busy. I run a lot in my spare time. I also have one sister in the city that I try to see once a week for dinner or drinks. I do enjoy a good TV binge, which I can do from my room, but am not opposed to splitting a bottle on the couch with my roommates! I like tidy spaces and I like to do weekly cleaning maintenance in common spaces and my room!
