36/She-Her/Vax'd/Needs a Room July

Hello!

I currently live in Mid City, work full-time in banking in WeHo, and am looking for a private room in Central LA (preferably around WeHo) for July 1st. My ideal price range is $800-$1000 without utilities included, $900-$1100 with utilities included.

While I'm fairly ambiverted, I'm not huge on wild parties or the club scene. I would probably pair best with someone who reserves home for a more low-key vibe (most of the time) with more intimate gatherings and only occasional larger entertaining. I'm very respectful, polite, friendly but not intrusive, I clean up after myself, and am 100% for being proactive about talking/sorting any problems we may have as roommates out.

I also don't smoke, vape, do drugs, (or drink alcohol more than once or twice week) and would pair well with a similar non-or-more occasional user. However, if smoking occurs outside that is completely fine by me.

I would also really love to be able to live somewhere that allows me to adopt a kitten OR live with someone who already has a cat and/or a dog that I can love on. However, if you don't have a cat or the property doesn't allow cats, that is *NOT* a deal-breaker.
