Female College Student looking for private room.

Hello! I'm Adelina. I'm 21, a senior at The City College of NY, and I am looking for a room to sublet or take over a lease for January to early June or till the end of December. I am hoping to find a private bedroom in a friendly and clean living space. I would like to have my bedroom able to fit a queen-sized bed, a desk, and a dresser. I would like a bedroom window that faces direct sunlight, and I have AC/Heat included in the apartment.
I am preferably looking for apartment space with fellow women students and/or 20-somethings, and am happy to live with anyone of any sexual orientation. My ideal roommates would be friendly, social, very clean, empathetic, communicative, and respectful of noise. I would love to have dinners and movie nights with my roommates and have the ability to share the journey of welcoming a cat into the space.
Speaking of the space, I am a very clean person. I am cognizant of how I leave common areas, vacuum and mop weekly, and regularly clean the stovetop. My weaknesses include leaving dishes in the sink overnight but not for more than 24 hours, waiting till the last moment to take out trash, and using a pretty good chunk of fridge space for my groceries. I am flexible and I am willing to compromise if you hear my needs and wants.
My current budget is at most $850, including utilities and laundry. I would like to live in a building that has an elevator and laundry in the building or in the unit.
