Looking for a place by the beach this summer!

Hi, I am a student attending online school full time until about the end of July. After that I plan on spending August relaxing and having fun until I leave at the start of September. I am looking to team up with someone to rent a space out by the beach Dana Point area preferably. I would prefer not to have more than 2 roommates and that they be tidy, respectful, and clean up after themselves.

I prefer a quiet environment, but do not expect a library 24/7. I would like to have the ability to have guest's over, and don't mind if you do, as long as everyone is respectful of each other and not invasive of our privacy for too long.
