Looking for a room in/around San Jose or Redwood City. Happy to share bathroom. Need to be able cook so Kitchen is a must. Would be open to living with anyone who is tidy, nice, and gets along with other people. I'm 31 years old. I'm in the trades and enjoy a variety of hobbies. Working out and Jiu-Jitsu are my two favorites. I don't drink or use but have no issues with people who do. I keep things tidy and am always willing to do my share of chores.
