Looking for a room - southwest or west

I am looking for a room in an established home (not moving in the next year or so). I would prefer furnished but am willing to consider unfurnished as well. I do have my own bed. I love animals and would treat your pets like a valued family member. I am quiet and before the pandemic was not home a lot - mainly in my home just to sleep during the workweek. Right now I work from home for my employer (Moody Bible Institute). I am the Information Security Administrator there. Weekends are a little more in and out - church (New Life Midway), errands, etc. You can expect to see my older brother around somewhat frequently although he would not be staying with me.
