Hello, We are looking for a bedroom or a guest house would be more preferred. Moving to LA for a short period of time anywhere between 1 month to 6 months. After that my lease back home is up so we can get our own place.

Her: Model/ Screenwriter who is published and paid in both.
Our financials are completely taken care of so no need to worry we are not the avg income for our age working check to check.
And NOOOOO I won't send you a damn deposit I don't care how many people want it. If w like it we will visit IN-PERSON and discuss payment then and pay any fees. If that doesn't work for you then I guess we aren't a good fit.
