Professional Male seeks a room

Just finishing out my second year living here in NYC. Had roommates in Kips Bay my first year, and then moved out to a studio in Bushwick. My lease is ends March 31, and looking to get back a little closer to work and where everything is.

Just turned 32, originally from California (but kinda been all over and moved here after a couple years in Austin TX), and work in local govt./politics for the Mayor. Keep it pretty low key during most weekdays, enjoy taking advantage of the weekends but don't really entertain where I live very often, enjoy a good round of golf in the summer or an IPA in the winter, pretty standard stuff...

I consider myself pretty easy-going as far as being a roommate, and generally just go with whatever the vibe of my roommates is on things like cleaning, friendliness, etc.

I'm looking for a spot towards the end of March or April 1.
