Hi,

My name?s Jedediah, Jed for short, I'm 31(m), originally from Los Angeles and have been in NYC for 10 years. Embracing the life here, as well as my job working in sound design. I?ve traveled extensively, went to school in Santa Barbara, and I like going out and exploring. My nights when home are spent cooking dinner if I have time, watching Netflix, studying, and relaxing. I don't entertain at home and keep a relaxed lifestyle. I begin my days with breakfast, gym, and then out for the day. I?m very busy and sporadically on weekends. In terms of activities, I work with animals, eat well and take part in whatever NYC has to offer. Right now I?m in Midtown East and looking to stay in the city. My Lease is up 3/1/20 and can move anytime before that.

Personality-wise, I?m real easy going, a bit sarcastic at times, and know what?s needed in being a good roommate (ie, I won?t drink your last coke and I know how to buy the all-important tp). I?m neither a clean freak nor a slob, while my room may alternate between out the door last minute jeans on the floor but it always organized, I totally respect the common areas and keep them neat (for full disclosure purposes, I may leave a book or jacket lying around occasionally if I?m in rush.

I?m trying to think of what else to add?no gf, so a random girl won?t be hanging around?I have good credit and career. If you have other questions please feel free to ask.
