Prof. Female seeks quiet room

Hi! I am a professional female, early 50?s seeking a private room and bath (or shared bath w/ one female), in a house/ townhouse, or Condo. Partially furnished (w/bed -as i currently don?t have one) w/b helpful. Parking or easy street parking preferred. Ideally looking for long-term - but prefer a month to month to start.
I am quiet, n/s, no drugs, social drink only, have no kids or pets and not allergic to cats/dogs. I work M-F 8a-6p (which means gone from 6 AM to 8PM usually), and will rarely be there -except before/after work on weekdays. Weekends mostly gone too (hiking, running errands, or with my boyfriend). I am clean and responsible, considerate of communal spaces, and reliable with rent. Thanks for reading this! Cheers :).
