Howdy Miami

Howdy!

My name is Taylor Scott and I am a young professional male, aged 30, and I am looking for a private room and I am available to move in from 10/27/2021 until "as soon as possible." The max rent that I can afford at the moment is about $1500 monthly. I'm from the south and I was born and raised from the southern small-town state of North Carolina.

I work remotely from 8am to 5pm from my laptop so I have absolutely no commutes to work. I am not a gamer so my internet usage won't hurt your wifi and I will haply contribute to utilities via a 50/50 split.

I can provide proof that I have a 730 credit score and I am currently employed. I also can provide references.

I am not a smoker and I have no pets and not a lot of stuff. I am a decent minimalist and I will not be moving anything in at the moment (except for my backpack and suit-case). I won't be taking any large items with me from North Carolina as I want the move into my first Miami home to be as painless as possible.

I'm a nice, respectful guy who will always go out of his way to respect your living space and house rules. I blame it on my roots, but my over-politeness has been known to throw off many city slickers, at least until they hear the slight southern twang (that apparently I have), it then makes sense to them. "No wonder he's so polite! He's from the country!"

Moving to Miami has been a dream of mine and I have just recently begun my apartment hunt.

I'm interested in being adventurous and I'm very open to new cultures and experiences. I'm longing to witness new landscapes, activities, foods, and cultures.

I will be in the city and available to meet at any time from now until Nov 24th.
