Hi Potential Housemates,

A little about me:

I'm Jess. I am in my early 30's working in construction as a consultant. I'm easy to get along with, always up for a laugh and am mindful of everyone's personal space & privacy.

My days are quite busy during the week so if I am home during the night, I like to cook a delicious dinner and relax, potentially watch a TV series or movie if anyone is around or I will be reading. It would be great to have housemates that enjoy a laugh and enjoy getting out for a walk after work.

I have been living in the UK for 7.5 years before COVID struct and change my plans to move to San Francisco the first, however, 2 years later I have made the move. k.

The house and housemates:
It would be great to have like-minded housemates who enjoy music, movies, food, wine, travelling and general silly banter. I'm a tidy person, but not obsessively clean by any means!

My budget is between $1800-2000 including all bills. I would love a decent size double bedroom preferably not a broom closet. It can be furnished or unfurnished.

My temporary accommodation finishes up on the 15th September but I am looking for something to move into potential a week earlier (if unfurnished).

I'm looking for a place in Russian Hill, Nob Hill, Pacific Heights, Marina or Cow Hollow.
