I'm a 68 year old man who is retired and looking for a room to rent long term. I'm generally quiet and keep to myself, however I do enjoy an intelligent conversation occasionally. I like to cook and grill and have my specialties and do not mind preparing a group meal occasionally. I respect others privacy as I like mine respected. I'm a clean person who keeps a neat place and dust often as I have allergies. I can be flexible with my schedule to accommodate others.
I am looking for a room to rent close to public transportation, grocery stores and convince stores.
I smoke but only outside.
