Responsible 27-year-old seeks inexpensive Room to Rent (Fair Oaks)
I'm a very nice, polite, hard-working, young working-from-home professional, hoping-to-start-up-school-agai n, and keeps-to-herself type of tenant and I am looking for someone(s) with similar personalities, a calm nature, good conversationalists, positive life goals and adventurous, active outdoor lifestyle(s) to share a space with. If that doesn't sound like you, that's okay too, I'm pretty easygoing and we can probably make it work. (:

I have lived in the Sacramento area for the last two years with my boyfriend of five in a house we've been renting from his parents. I'm hoping for a smooth, easy, stressfree transition into a new place on my own. I have no family, and very few friends in the area so I won't be bringing a lot of change for the existing tenants with me. Here is some more pertinent info about me and my life as a renter:

Non-smoker, I quit four years ago :)
Not a party-er, I do partake in social drinking from time to time, but I am totally clean from drugs.
You can expect no weapons, illegal activity, or arguing from me.
Quiet, clean, and drama-free.

Pets... (negotiable)
5 G + 29 G saltwater aquarium (quiet and dryness is my standard and always a priority)

My budget is sort of flexible, and I'm hoping to find a private room (private bathroom ideal, but totally willing to share), for somewhere between $300 - $500 per month. Less would be awesome, more might be doable for the right situation.

A month-to-month rental agreement is all I can commit to as of now, however, I am looking for a place to stay at least for the next six months, if all goes well, possibly longer, a shorter-term stay is negotiable as well.

The monthly rent will hopefully include utilities, use of washer/dryer, and internet and/or cable.

A deposit might be a little difficult for me, as I am living paycheck to paycheck (aren't we all), but negotiable (preferably a refundable one after vacating the property and upon inspection of course).

Prefer to pay rent electronically, on the agreed date (and on time obviously lol). I typically get paid on the 1st and the 15th, or every other week.

Able to provide proof of employment (last two pay stubs) upon request.

Professional and personal references are available upon request.

No formal rental history (I can provide references from previous sublease landlords).

General chores and cleaning are hobbies to me, I love a clean home and keeping it that way never feels like work to me, especially when working from home, I just can't sit around in messiness all day (I hate dishes, but if there's a dishwasher, I'm in heaven), however, please don't expect to take advantage of me, as I most likely won't be doing your laundry.
