Price is not the issue for me. It is just that I don't need much. I am 55 and currently separated from my wife and as we work toward reconciliation, I need a place to crash for 1 to 3 months so I'd like to go month-to-month on the lease and offer you less rent, at least until you find someone. I do not have much stuff so I am fairly mobile and could move out quickly if you find someone more permanent. And at least this way you can have some money coming in from me while you continue to look for the right person, longer-term. Please let me know if this will work for you.
