I need a room for short term or long term.

I am interested in renting a room as I am relocating to a new area from Dallas, TX. I am changing careers and returning to school in the fall. I work two jobs. I am clean and organized. I am open to long term renting but the minimum would be at least a 6 month stay. I would like a private room and private bath.
While home I like to just relax, read, sleep, cook, study, watch movies, etc. I am pretty low key and laid back and I would never have company over except my 11 year old son a few days a week. I share custody with his father and we have a great relationship.
